Interactive learning environment.

Not integrating emegency management into the practical exercises through the sccenarios. We joined of our own accord to be included but didn't have preassigned roles.

Being able to tweak some of the content to be applicable to the jurisidiction that the course is being conducted in. At minimum taking into consider state laws which are applicable to jurisdiction issues.

Materials (book) and instruction. Practical ex was great, would like to receive “gaming instructions” so it can be replicated at my home agency.

Too short. The book has a lot of content that seemed to be breezes through during instruction. Class could easily be another 2-4 hrs. Be nice to have Fire/EMS as co-instructors.
