The use of the computer environment made participating in scenarios much more effective and realistic, outside of the learning curve associated with the program and controls. I felt it much easier to participate in a realistic fashion with these tools.

The text book: I found many poor examples of grammar and they text did not always fully align with the lectures, causing me to have to choose to listen to the lecture and ignore the text or vice versa.

I appreciated the manner in which the instructors delivered the lectures. The use of the back-and-forth between the two lecturers and not simply reading text from the slides made the lectures much more enjoyable compared to other classes I've taken.

Further incident management courses.

I enjoyed the hands on and it especially helps with all the stations. I like that we are able to try on multiple roles.

This is nitpicking here but the video that plays in the software for applying a chest seal; it is inaccurate and out of date. The video shows a circumferential chest wrapping applying a chest seal. That practice is out of date and needs to be updated.

Training that includes mulage and blanks being fired.
