Going from position to position / roll to roll. It puts you in a position to be in the "command" position and make decisions when you have not had to do that roll before.

I can't say any was least valuable to me but I will say being that I am not a video gamer that getting accustomed to the computer skills was challenging.

Geared more towards PD but great for Fire also. Helped Fire see what PD does.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I enjoyed that the way the course was laid out everyone was able to go from position to positon.

The scenarios were the most valuable because they allowed you to practice real time decision making based on the skills we just covered in lecture.

The computer simulations were the least valuable because they didn't allow for as much application of skills as other parts of the class did.

More skill based training for skills to do on scene related to the same events. This course did a good job covering incident command and communication, but not as many practical skills.
