Finding out how the requests for mutiple resources will be made in the event they are needed in my area for an event like was covered in this class.

The lecture was good , the interaction with law enforcement was great. It was also great to have real dispatchers in the class ,they added real world feel to the class.

I would like to see more unified command and more case studies.

I think its a great course and should be a requirement for all jurisdictions.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I think that each group and division could be a class by its self. We talk a lot about those positions but very little actual training is done for the middle management positions.
