Applying command and control skills in the simulations.

Driving and transporting in the ambulances. It would be better to simulate it and allow the participant to be involved in other areas.

The course was excellent. However, I feel it did drift from the consistency of NIMS.

Direct practical training with law enforcement in my community.

I liked how the instructors are from the fields they were instructing about and had real world knowledge to back up what they were talking about.

Nothing in the control of instructors but the limited number of students put a strain on some of the practicals.

This is a great course keep up the great work you all are awesome thankyou.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Even though there were limited numbers of students, it would more than likely be realistic because we are somewhat of a rural department and response times would be greater than urban areas. so i did use that as a take away and now have started thinking of other resources that i would call in early.

This course is one of the best ICS courses I have taken. De-mystifies the active shooter task list for command officers from the FD. Outstanding course and cadre.
