The function of the RTF within a warm zone in an area I was unfamilair with. We haveconducted trainings in known locations where you knew the hallways and access points.

The course overall was extremly beneficial.

My only comment was the RTF fucntion did not function for multiple patients for a lengthly time. Contact teams were engaged for a long duration and I wish the same time was allocated to the RTFs.

To build upon the skills needed to manage multi jurisictional events.

The virtual enviroment was entertaining, but felt lacking in substance related to the material.

Physically seperate the different groups so that they must rely on radio communciation and not speaking directly to eachother.

The changing of roles and responsiblity's.

The Program needs more user friendly to the general emergency services. Users in computer gaming understand the concepts and keys. A smoother, user friendly and easy to use UI User Interface will assist people with limited simulation experince.

I would like to see an New or Updated simulation engine in the future as technology improves. Also more work stations (computers) provided for more teams to simulate bigger incidents to add higher stress and realism.
