Being able to see first hand as to how Fire EMS and Law have to work together to get the job done. There are agencies everywhere that have Fire/EMS that for whatever reason refuse to work with Fire and EMS.

The practical drills where of the most value to me. Anytime you can drill with active immediate feedback, and are given a chance to correct mistakes prepares you to take an active roll in a real incident.
