A better distribution of assignments would be appreciated. Some players nearly always had administrative roles while I was command once and staging once, both during early exercises. I would have appreciated an opportunity to have an opportuniity at T&T or another adminstrative role in a more complex event.

The law and fire integration, the importance of staging resources.

Contact events, I do not do that.. but it is good to know all the same.

This course was great, my biggest personal issue was the hardness of the folding chairs.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to expand my knowledge about command level functions for emergency management. I would also like to learn a bit more on the needs of law enforcement safety, rehab and re deployment time frames.

The portion on hostage situations was not particularly applicable to Fire/EMS providers.

Please try to remain more neutral toward the press. They don't have an easy job and they're not the enemy. Here in Annapolis, our press went through this horrible scenario last year. Try to remember that they are trying to inform the public and don't make them look like the enemy.
