The structure of the videos went from the bottom to the top of the command structure which I think made it easier to understand. I could relate to the bottom of the structure for my job and was able to picture how it would work in our rural area.

It was all valuable. I actually learned how staging can be more valuable than just a place to wait until LE clears and makes the scene safe.

A speaker without a speech lisp would be easier to follow and not distracting.

Looking forward to in person training now.

More power point options to show during lecture for a more visual learning aspect . for example it was hard to see the IC check list in the video .

I would re-evaluate the number of patients per ambulance. One of the instructors made a great point that one red patient on their own is a lot to handle for one provider, which is true.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I’ll definitely be looking into more emergency management courses.
