Very much law enforcement driven as it should be, however, fire and EMS were not effectively integrated. Law radio traffic, actions and responses were a large part of the scenarios. Fire and EMS considerations were glossed over and there was no consideration for patient treatment or transport.

This course needs to be delivered to all fire, law and EMS as part of a standard of care training package. Fractional delivery of similar topics between different jurisdictions will enhance a 'cluster' approach to incident scene management.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continued command skills practice. Communication during high stress environments. Effective whiteboard note-keeping/scribe practice. Reunification should also be a stand-alone course.
