Assignment rotations during practicals could have rotated better. Several members performed the same role on separate occasions while others ended up unassigned.

I don't really feel this way at all. I think the entire course was beneficial.

Continued training with both LE and Fire & EMS. This should be scheduled quarterly with a mixture of tabletop and practical training.
