Working hand and hand with the responders who are going to respond to these type of incidents.

Personally, the initial contact LE function. I do find there is a value but as a Fire Responder we come slightly after the fact.

Radio communications can be inproved upon. Also a preload of area specific typical staffing and response profile can cater to the delivery.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

A real life practical exercise and involvement of all entities involved, i.e. schools, hospital, etc.

Basic elements such as radio communication since I already have a lot of experience with that type of tool.

Excellent course and outstanding instructor cadre. The tech elements of the course definitely enhanced the learning but I can see where it could be an impediment if either the learner struggled a lot with tech and/or if significant tech difficulties occured. The Strike Force tables were not used to their full potential but this is more for enhancement rather than critical commentary.

How to take these core concepts and adapt them to a rurual environment with limited resources within my own agency and those surrounding ours.
