It was outstanding to practice the various roles in the incident command staff. Particularly as a fire officer I have never had a joint course with law enforcement like this. Outstanding joint incident command training as a whole.

I would say that the least valuable would be the actual RTF simulation. It definitely did a great job of creating communications for the overall incident management however.

One of the top incident command courses I have attended!.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I could use further explosive response training. That would be a joint response as well, but I would like more knowledge.

The terminology created some confusion on the triage system and the response for fire directly to the scene will occur in real life so having an initial unit responding and then informing the additional fire to stage at a location would help set up the staging area.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Using technology to accomplish this course was definitely useful. I hope this course continues to improve toward virtual reality.

Sometimes audio was hard to hear due to location type, but its understandable sometimes that is the best location available. Echoing make it hard at times to hear what someone was saying.

Continue expanding on training together with local agencies and have trainings on RTF and real local locations.
