Audio system was undersized for the space, often the comments during debrief were unintelligible whether that was the system or the mic. Possibly use some dividers between sections to cut down on background noise. Could reinforce some ICS positions and forms that may enhance the operations. Radio communications were realistic:).

In the introduction of the course, give examples of the "names" used in the course. ie Triage is equivalent to operations and Area Command is equivalent to an EOC etc. It took a couple exercises to identify that. Incorporate triage tags to better track patients.
