Being able to have supervisor roles as well as different branches.

The RTF section. As it part of the overall scenario, the overall tactics are not real, people would freelance because its a game. I understand you need to fill roles, but I found it more beneficial filling the ICS roles and branches.

For firefighter have them work more with the LE in the LE branches to obtain a better understanding of what roles and responsibilities are on an active shooter.

Having a better understanding of the overall picture in an active shooter scenario from a variety of perspectives.

I think it could be beneficial to run one scenario with dispatch, law, and ems swapping roles to get a better perspective on what the other branches are dealing with. This would be the only time we could incorporate that kind of training due to the ability to run scenarios on the computer with ease . Its something we would never be able to logistically do without a virtual training environment.

Continuing the practical application of implementing an SOG with what we learned here.

Simulating command positions. It's a good starting point for practicing these scenarios with my department.

Performing RTF, Ambulance, and Intel groups. They were important and valuable but they are easy to take forgranted when playing the simulators. It would have been better if there was a consequence for goofing around, abandoning your team, self deploying, etc.
