The entire course was valuable, however the RTF and the explanation of their tasks was really valuable due to more than likely being my role in case an event happens.

A practical hands-on scenario in real buildings would further help with how operations happen in real time.

Being able to hear first hand experience from instructors at active shooter scenes.

I would recommend a more thorough realignment of student in roles between each scenario. I was assigned to the same role in every scenario but 2 and did not have an opportunity to really experience any roles other than driving around and looking for survivors.

Further trainings to assist in building our active shooter response policies and guidelines.

Cape Coral Police Dept dropped the ball by only having 4 officers in this class. It needs to be stressed to the hosting agency to have participants.
