The scenarios were valuable as a dispatcher to understand how the different LE FD & EMS groups work together and the role dispatch plays in aiding in info documenting and resource requesting.

This course was helpful for a dispatcher from a smaller-mid sized agency, where they do not have these type of incidents very often, to better understand the role they'd play in an active shooter event.

None, I thought every part of the course was a fundamental part.

I thought the course was TRULY EXCELLENT. I encourage and advocate for funding to continue. I have text several of my command staff that I wish this course could be taught to our agency and we could bring the team to our PD for training.

Towards the end of scenarios there is not much for radio dispatchers to do.

The CAD system auto-formatting of unit ID's was jarring. You could do without that.

More practical exercises with joint response and including live callers for dispatch to handle.
