Working with neighboring jurisdictions.

Area Command. More than likely, I will never function in that role. However, I did find benefit in assuming the role in training.

The only thing I would change would be in the gaming portion where L.E. has the capability to treat and move victims. If they are doing that, they are not doing their job.
