The simulation with rotating roles along side with LE helps you understands eachothers roles and responsibilities and puts in the feel of the stress.

The realistic simulations accompanied with cycling roles that I would be expeected to be in or assign units to be in. The radio communication and the simulators were in depth.

The scenarios where we were unable to use computers.

More computers so that more people can participate in the activities. Improvements in the simulators to make them more polished.

Coordinating with my local law enforcement agency to be prepared for these situations.
