The most valuable portion of the class was the triage/transport position during the scenarios. These positions directly relate to my job and helped give me better understanding of those roles.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

The computer based simulation for the RTF's was not beneficial. Using real dummies or even the cardboard "patients" would have been more realistic and beneficial. The money spent on the gaming computers could have gone to more realistic hands on props.

The chairs are supper uncomfortable for bigger people and were distracting.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Live, full-scale MCI training. ICS 300 and 400.

Learning from different instructors at each station. Tactical, Command, etc.

The computer based triaging. Smaller scale triaging with dummies in different scenarios would be more valuable.

I think its an excellent course. Just my personal opinion on the computer based training. Logistically it makes more sense than dummies and still achieves the same goal.

Higher level command training.
