While I have heard a majority of the items explained up until reunification, I did appreciate learning more about reunification.

I feel like the information in this course would suit someone who is knew to this topic or needs a refresher, but for those that are heavy into the certification programs, this information is not new.

THE SCENARIOS -- THE REAL LLIFE SIMULATIONS PUT THE LECTURES INTO PERSPECTIVE SO WE ARE ABLE TO IMPLEMENT WHAT WE ARE LEARNING IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

Perhaps, getting a disspatcher instructor for Fire/EMS and LEO to put in perspective what happens behind the scenes with dispatch and the unit requuests, docmentation, and the relay between dispatch, calltakers, and area command or who ever we are speaking with over the radios or on the phone.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continuing to educate myself on situations in which i might find myself, as a dispatcher in, and making sure my units in the field are safe.
