I was skeptical when I read it would include "virtual reality" type training, after the first day of class, that had changed! Incredible training!.

I liked the SIM portion but the driving of the vehicles was difficult and had it's own learning curve.

When staffing is assigned to a group, add a tag on the character to ID them. You dont know people in the class like we would back at our home departments. So having RTF1 on the character would help ID your crew.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Local training with those in my area. This has exposed how I assume my local departments would respond and it probably not go very well from a organizational stand point.
