I found all of it valuable, it's good to have knowledge of all the resources performing tasks on an active shooter scene.

Found the course to be effective and efficient, the only thing I would suggest if possible would be some scenario's from actual events/scenes where there would be some good training/teaching points.

Hands on RTF training.
