EMS is separate from fire - we work together, but we are not the same. Stop saying "in the real world". Practice like you play.

LEO should tag red or yellow, not green. If EMS hears high level of green tags, it's of low medical need.

Rapid triage/treatment during the RTF role. I am a seasoned paramedic and did not need to increase my skills in this area.

Restrict number and types of patients that can be loaded into an ambulance or aircraft to real world levels.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

More MCI type courses, we do not have enough MCIs in my jurisdiction to be comfortable with managing them without training.
