HANDS ON PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE.

TOO MANY SCENARIOS IN A ROW INITIALLY WHERE I WAS JUST STUCK IN STAGING AND DIDN'T GET TO APPLY LEARNING AS MUCH.

MAYBE A TAD TOO MUCH EMPHASIS ON SPEED INITIALLY, WHICH CAUSED SOME PEOPLE TO SELF-DEPLOY OR MISS STEPS RATHER THAN BE EFFICIENT. A LITTLE MORE TIME WORKING ON THE COMPUTERS WOULD REALLY HELP INITIALLY AS MOST PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO CERTAIN MOVES DURING THE SCENARIOS (SUCH AS LOADING AMBULANCES, HOW TO DRIVE TO HOSPITAL, ETC.).

The glitches in the software which I know are not completely preventable.

They suffered from several computer glitches which an instructor was there to try t fix momentarily. The Simulations with actual treatment times were very helpful.

The instructors were great at doing a good mix of talking and explaining and then going hands on.

The instructors were really knowldagable and the VR equipment and execution was awesome. When there was a bug it was fixed and we moved on.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Multi-agency traning. This has been so great to work with LEO and FD and COmmuniators from my area that I may sadly be in this position again with in the real world. Its been nice to get to rub elbows and figure out how we would handle this in real life.
