Certain simulated roles did not provide much context for training and skill development. IE Ambulance simulation role was limited in interaction and time might have been better served by virtually staffing ambulances and having participants simulate other critical skills.

Outstanding staff. Varied background was invaluable providing discussion following simulations.

When asking for years of experience, you would get better metrics if you tracked years of experience AND years in current role. I believe it only measures time in current role.

The impressive technology used for learning aids.

The lectures were a lot of information, quickly. It was hard to fully take in and process the content that way.

Pay more attention to where students are being assigned every scenario. I was on a RTF 9 of the 11 scenarios. Because of this, I don't feel like I got to learn very much about incident command.

Practical exercises were the most valuable to me because the instructors allowed me to rotate though multiple assignments.

I believe that the entire course was valuable, for sake of answering the question, PIO would have been least valuable.

Overall the course was fantastic, the instructors delivered the course well. I personally did not like the verbiage "survivor and victims" I would personally rather use patients and causalities.

Possibly taking the instructor course since I am tasked with rewriting our active shooter policy and helping with the instruction.

Instructors were an A+ across the board, but when they are teaching in tandem, they need to "sell" the other instructor better. You could tell the former FBI instructor didn't like the two Fire instructors.
