The simulations were very valuable, as were many of the unknown/misunderstood statistics about active shooter incidents.

Area command operations, just not currently relevant to my position.

Potentially fewer sims, as many of the operations are done redundantly.

The simulations were the most valuable. The use of NIMSPro made it more realistic than just using counterstrike boards and poker chips.

Some of the group supervisor positions. I believe some of those positions could be re-evaluated and better organized.

The virtual simulations are where it's at. It definitely brings a more realistic approach to "tabletops".

I think running these exercises with our leadership within my agency would be most helpful.
