I have never taken an incident command class for active shooter events. This command structure and the checklist were extremly useful and the instructors experience and expertise aided in the instructions.

The law enforcement side did not apply to me but still was helpful in understanding their side of things.

The instructors were amazing and I found the the style of hands on with different locations amazing.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Training all the departments in the county to try and get on the same page.

The scenarios provided a great opportunity to participate in a real time event and make the learning more effective. Doing it over and over built the sets and reps to help execute it down the road in a real world scenario.

Continuing to practice this type of training. Coming from the fire side it would be great to have similar training for fire command.
