Practical exercises because I learn better by being hands on than by reading a book.

Lot of down time when it seems the exercise was ending.

Increase the avatars reaction to shooting in the simulation. increase outside stimulation that is occurring in the simulation(citizens and media attempting to enter the scene).

Other CCA courses with agencies inside of my county to determine what resources we have and what we can reasonably get to help with a large situation.

Live scale training involving multiple agencies. Computer simulation is great but being put into that situation in live training can help add stress that this doesn't in part as much.
