The group activities and role playing was the most effective form of trainng used in this class because it both reinforced what i already know and it allowed me to use interoperability at a level that i am not often exposed to.

As a dispatcher, being able to participate in this course was very valuable. Being able to share what happens in the center and learning more of what occurs in the field in this type of incident provided a great exprience which I intend to bring back to my center to share with my co workers.
