The practical exercises. It is not very often that we are able to train with a virtual reality setting that actually has time built in for response and reflex delay. This made it so much more realistic.

This was the most organized course I have ever taken in the fire service. The instructors were the most prepared I have ever had. Wonderful course.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

This training needs to be repeated by our entire fire department and police department. The coordination between police and fire/EMS cannot be trained on and stressed enough.

This class is very well designed and tremendously beneficial. The instructors were some of the most prepared instructors I've ever seen. They did a fantastic job.
