The amount of different IC role reps in a practical setting.

The lecture wasn't as valuable as the practical.

I worry that with the older age group of this class, that the computer use for boots on the ground jobs took away from the learning, as the learning curve for using the first person environment was steep.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Mass adopted the AAIR model. I feel that AAIR should be a pre req for this class in Mass. Also, this class doesnt quite line up with AAIR, so any IC not trained will not understand the same verbage as the boots on the ground trained to AAIR. Great class though, great instructors. I wouldnt mind seeing a next level class above this for people who have a strong backround already.

This was something that I had minimal knowledge in. This class does not make me an expert, but it starts me in a much better place should something ever occur in my community.

Practical exercises were not structered in a way that was all inclusive. I was stranded in Staging for 3 exercises and not utilized thus not applying the knowledge.
