The part of the course that was the most valuable to me was understanding the many structures present during an active shooter scenario because it can be very complexed as per its terminology and the tasks that each element undertakes.

The part of the course that was the least valuable to me was the diagram/map that was in use during the scenario as it had poor visuals.

The practical is the most valuable part of this course.

There were too many people for the practical to be effective.

This course would be better for the academy setting if we did it by platoon or even by squad. With less people it would be more hands on, and we could have learned more.

I would like to take this course again with less people so that I could have an opportunity to be a part of the practical.

To become more proficient in scenarios such as this. High level threat scenarios can only be improved through knowledge and repetition.
