Perhaps are larger are and better radios. It was hard to distinguished radio traffic at times. maybe disposable ear pieces would work better.

I feel that there should be s little more instruction before the first simulation.

I have been in the profession for 15 plus years and this is the best class I have taken. Great instructors, great simulations.

I need to bring this class to my agency, as I took this class away from my agency.

The class discussion and trouble shooting (no pun intended) at the table top exercise going through scenarios because to put it in practice is a valuable exercise for my retention in the subject material.

Listening to the recording going through the checklist because it wasn't very real world and thought it was a waste of time.

Great instructors! Would take another course from this instructor (LEO from Verona PD).
