The technology was incredible and allow the team to be immersed in the scenarios. The ability to adapt the scenarios in real time also challenged thought which was helpful. Additionally, the ability to train and connect with LE and regional stakeholders was very much appreciated.

Combined training with LE and Fire is in these incidents are extremely valuable and needs to occur more for jurisdictions to be better prepared for active shooter incidents.
