Doing the stimulations, I felt like it really showed us how a good idea on how events can actually happen.

It was difficult to see where dispatch fit into the scenarios, other than dispatching the initial call and reminding everyone to go to staging. I imagine we would be busy paging MABAS cards and answering non-stop phone calls.
