Improve the class portal - I had to take the QuickStart multiple times because I took it months ago. Not a huge deal but it took time. Also explain laying out the room for the tabletops a little more.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continued classes on reunification, PIO ops, etc.

My involvement and participation as the Emergency Manager felt obligatory and stapled on. Perhaps find a more engaging way to implement emergency managers.
