All aspects were valuable, but the reunification piece was critical as it is frequently overlooked in other trainings. It is essential to successful resolution and recovery from the event.

Working along side with other responding agencies and with school officials is critical for our understanding of each others roles, priorities, and concerns in achieving the swift desired outcome.

The course unfortunately was disappointing. The venue was too small for the group size. Many of us not directly up next to the boards were left out and unable to see/hear from the instructors or have a more active role.
