Understanding the breakdown of each command was vital to understand why so many different leaders are needed. organization saves lives! organization also save time.

I feel the importance of active shooter calls, these are vital to help us ask the right questions as dispatch but also keep us organized through the hectic incident.

The progression of modules.

Supervisor breakdown. what goes into intel. we covered what you get out of it, but who feeds them intel/how do they operate? staging set up seems missed; it pretty much just covered "you need to stage and this is why.".

Instructors talking at a camera. animations showing movement or setup in a mock scenario would be helpful for visual learners.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Transitioning between contact team to rtf or introduction of rtf into a scene. would like to know more about the intel section. is this a team of officers? also combo of ems/fire and LE? more info would be nice.

The course was very informative. I think this is just one of those courses which is hard to fully comprehend until I do it or practice it in real life.
