The incident command and unified command sections were the most valuable because they explained how agencies coordinate and make decisions during an active shooter incident.

The least valuable part was the repetitive material, although it helped reinforce the main concepts.

The course was informative and easy to understand. More real-world scenarios and interactive examples would make the training even more engaging.

Additional training on active shooter response, emergency medical response, communication, and multi-agency coordination.
