Course appears to be centered around first responders who already understand the basic NIMS structure making explanation of core components redundant.

Breaking course and tests into segments increased my ability to focus on singular topics at a time and retain knowledge learned.

Responding to threats with out immediately apparent sources (i/e unknown suspect, bomb threat etc).

Short videos. Good for doing a little at a time and shorter attention spans of the 21st Century. Also, the "chunk" aspect of the info - in short bursts yet complete info. And the ease of use for the website.
