I know this course is focused on active shooter but all mass casualties will not be active shooter incidents. There might be a gas explosion, building collapse, earthquake. This changes the dynamics between LE, Fire and EMS. Perhaps you could give that some coverage?.

Make the videos longer and more in depth. You can never gain too much knowledge when it comes to these things and real-world experience being taught this way can be paramount to the survival of all in future incidents.
