The most valuable parts were learning about lockdown procedures, communication during an emergency, student accountability, and coordination between school staff and first responders.

Some information was repetitive. More practical examples and scenarios specific to school staff would make the course more engaging and useful.

Include more real-world scenarios, interactive activities, and clear examples of what teachers and staff should do during each phase of an emergency.

Additional hands-on training in emergency communication, lockdown procedures, student accountability, reunification, and coordination with first responders would be helpful.
