Good content and information. The visual training aids were useful. Providing a way to break up communications in a realistic communication plan may be helpful.

Having complex scenarios that forced and fostered communication.

It would help to explain the rules for the tabletop exercise to avoid confusion mid-scenario.

Be careful assuming the knowledge level of participants. Although everyone here knows what CCP and RTF-others won’t have the experience level.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

We need to start training in post-incident strategies and procedures to deal with fallout and influx of “helpful” persons (media, politicians, well-intended folks, the conspiracy theorists).

I just hunk there can be a more in-depth method of conducting the practical exercise that prevents hand-waving certain tasks such as officers reporting to staging instead of the scene.
