The practical portion helped to put the concepts into practice and visually assist in comprehension of how it would look in a real time scenario.

I took this course as a dispatcher, so there were parts of this that don't pertain to me, however, this was to be expected. The generalized understanding I took out of this would undoubtedly still assist my mind set and understanding of what was happening on scene in a real time active shooter event therefore elevating my abilities to work through the scenario.

The tabletop was great, but the walk-through skipped some of the roles and elements of the broader supporting roles like staging and branch leaders and the interplay between them and transport, triage, and tactical. It left some confusion the second time around.

The AI videos were not as good as the previous in-person videos.

There needs to be more emphasis on arriving resources checking in with staging as well as the interplay between branch, staging, and tactical, triage, and transport.
