The tabletop was great, but the walk-through skipped some of the roles and elements of the broader supporting roles like staging and branch leaders and the interplay between them and transport, triage, and tactical. It left some confusion the second time around.

The AI videos were not as good as the previous in-person videos.

There needs to be more emphasis on arriving resources checking in with staging as well as the interplay between branch, staging, and tactical, triage, and transport.

Having the table top exercises and then being able to teach it ourselves helped to really grasp the concepts.

There wasn’t a part that was least valuable. I felt the time and material was just right.

I think the one day train the trainer was a good length to grasp it.
