It needs to be advertised better locally. A simple email does not do the program justice, especially the three day course. Local officials should have marketing materials to push out prior to registrations.

Continuing education to maintain the skills.

EMS is separate from fire - we work together, but we are not the same. Stop saying "in the real world". Practice like you play.

LEO should tag red or yellow, not green. If EMS hears high level of green tags, it's of low medical need.

Great instructors who are engaged with class. Again time length of class. Good starting point though.
