The close collaboration with LE. Form the fire perspective, we don’t have enough opportunities fir this. LE did a great job interacting and supporting this training.

The lack of terminology and understanding of our region. We can make this adaptation later, but it would be good to have addressed this at this time.

Exercises and some of the concepts that I was introduced to that are different from what I am used to. It’s always good to get new information.

Triage tools that were provided. Our system uses a more accepted standard in addition to advanced field trauma care. What is taught here isn’t bad, simply not as advanced and therefore was, “Least valuable.”.

Too much information in too short of a time period. I think the class would benefit from 2 more ours of instructions. Another benefit would be to use radios for communication. It would help to add a degree of real world communication issues.

Continue to evaluate our own system practices and then use the C3 system to get sets and reps.

The game board format made the content make sense in application and kept participants engaged.

I felt there was a lot of material covered in a very short time. This class could easily be longer to provide more discussion of the finer points of this process and we never even touched on IEDs or not complicated scenarios.

More training with local agencies on this process for active shooter incident command.
