I felt “thrown into the deep end” at the beginning. I thought more explanation of the roles would’ve been beneficial.

I would start with a break down if the individual departments first I.e. LE, Fire, and EMS separate so the roles can be explained.

Great course and I know time is not on the side of the training but another scenario.
