The driving and shooting portions of the simulator. I know hoe to drive a car and shoot a gun, which was not very apparent when it came to the computer program.

The dispatch position was boring at times. Having the hostage taker call made it more interesting. Consider engaging the dispatchers more.

Nothing was least vauble becuase taking a turn as supervisor types help better understand their roles.
