Have some more dedicated roles for non-officers. PIO's were never listed on the board and had to find their own role for the most part, if not acting as the PIO.

Practicals were good but computers made it a little difficult. Rubber gun scenarios split with computer scenarios would be better.

The only change I would make is to use less acronyms. In today's world where plain language is pushed for communications, there are still many abbreviations being used that not everybody is familiar with.

More similar training in this field. It is a perishable skill tht can become rusty if not practiced.
